As Boss Ladies, we are all so busy. We are constantly working. We have long lists of things to do, both personal and business that we run around trying to get done on a daily. If you haven’t had the time to make your New Years Resolutions, we have a list off three resolutions that should top your list.
1. If you want something, go and get it.
Nothing worth having comes easy and doors will not magically open. In 2016, be fire. Set goals for yourself and start accomplishing them one by one. Weather is to improve relationships, get a promotion or set out to start that business you have always been talking about starting. Make 2016 the year of possibilities for you. Stay lit.
2. Exercise. Even if it’s just for 15 minutes.
To lose weight is one of the top three resolutions on everybody’s list but not many of us follow through.Especially as Boss Ladies we are always so busy and don’t find time to make it to the gym. But health is wealth so in 2016, the excuses will come to an end. So instead of biting off more than we can chew and focusing to heavily on numbers, let’s focus on the act instead. In 2016, do some type of exercise everyday for at least 15 minutes. It could be squatting as you cook dinner or getting some sit ups in before bed. It takes 30 days to form a habit. After completing this, you maybe begin.
3. Live in the moment.
This goes along with no.2. Living in the age where social is considered a business and a profitable one at that, it has become harder than ever to stay away. Everybody wants to snapchat, tweet and Instagram everything, we sometimes to forget to live in the moment. While our heads are down looking at our phones laughing at the latest meme or picking the perfect filter for our selfie, life is passing us by. In 2016, enjoy that Beyoncé concert instead of uploading 100 ten second snaps for your friends who couldn’t attend.
